- Expertise: Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar fields.
- Certification: Completed training as a testing engineer or willingness to undertake the qualification.
- Driver’s Licenses: Possession of licenses for categories A, B, and CE or willingness to obtain them.
- Commitment: Reliability, responsibility, and a keen eye for detail.
- Professionalism: Polished appearance and strong German language skills (B2–C2).
